How a roundtable works

  1. 1A small invited groupEight to ten people who shape how their organisations handle the topic, from different industries and with different experience.
  2. 2One questionA morning around one table, with no speakers and no slides. Private thinking first, then one conversation in which every voice is heard.
  3. 3The conversation stays in the roomThe recording and transcript stay private. Nothing is attributed to a person or organisation without their consent.
  4. 4A public reportWe combine what the room saw with research and international practice in a report on reports.executeos.com.

How invitations work: for each roundtable we invite 8–10 practitioners, so the room mixes industries and experience. People on the list below hear about each topic before it takes place and can ask for a seat.

Request an invitation

Leave your address. Before each roundtable we write to the people on this list about its topic; reply if you would like a seat. Afterwards, we send the report.

No promotional noise: one email before each roundtable, and the report after it.
